Idea Marketplace: The UF un-conference you’ve been waiting for
December 14 @ 8:00 am – December 18 @ 5:00 pm
The Academic and Professional Assembly is excited to announce a new “un-conference”, Idea Marketplace, taking place December 14-18, 2015. Idea Marketplace is a week-long platform for University of Florida staff or faculty to connect and present their ideas and expertise on their own schedule and at their own desired location. You do wonderful work and we want you to be able to share that with the UF community. Our goal is to offer engaging staff-led sessions throughout the week, permitting as many people as possible to participate and/or lead a session.
Who: You!
What: Idea Marketplace – an open-topic, un-conference where staff or faculty can present their ideas. Attendees can pick and choose sessions of interest, attending one or all of the sessions!
Where: Across campus, locations to be determined by speakers/presenters
When: December 14-18, 2015. The exact schedule will be determined by speakers/presenters, but APA will host information and the final schedule on our website.
Why: Because you have expertise and information other professionals on campus want to know more about!
Interested in presenting your ideas or hosting a session with a group? You will receive a confirmation email from us within 3-5 business days. PLEASE NOTE: This registration form must be completed in its entirety in order to participate in Idea Marketplace. Partial registrations will not be considered.
