Earth Day Exploration

Explore the wonders of life on Earth! Participate in the Florida Museum of Natural History’s Earth Day exploration event on April 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring outdoor activities in the adjacent University of Florida Natural Area Teaching Laboratory and diverse specimens from the museum’s vast collections. Enjoy the three-day plant sale beginning Friday, April 17, one of the museum’s largest plant sales of the year with more than 150 species available. Learn about butterfly gardening, conservation and more. Food from High Springs Orchard and Bakery and The Hyppo Gourmet Ice Pops will be available for purchase.
