Want to diversify your transferable skills? The Master of Science in Management program is designed for individuals without a background in business. MSM participants gain a solid business foundation and strengthen transferable skills to open up advancement opportunities within their current field or business sector. UF Employee Education Program (Visit http://hr.ufl.edu/learn-grow/education-programs/employee-education-program/ for more information on EEP) allows UF employees to take up to 6 credit hours per semester. Each course in the MSM program is worth 2 credits, and you need 32 credits to finish the program. You can take up to 3 courses per semester from the MSM Program through the EEP.
