USB Trade-In Events at the HUB

A new university policy requires most data storage devices to be encrypted, to reduce the chance of a data compromise.  To assist with policy compliance, UFIT is sponsoring several events this spring designed to get secure, encrypted USB drives in the hands of UF faculty and staff.

All faculty and staff are eligible to participate in this program.

Bring your current flash drive to any of these exchange events, and a member of the Information Security & Compliance team will switch it out for a secure, encrypted USB drive (only one USB drive per person may be exchanged):
