APA Task Force Chair Presentations
Human Resources Issues—Chair: Christine Schoaff
The APA HR Taskforce is a conduit for the APA membership to identify issues of interest with regard to Human Resource operations and policy. The APA HR Taskforce serves as an advisor to and partner with Human Resources in the proposal, review, implementation, and operation of solutions for these issues. Similarly, this task force advises Human Resources as they bring forward other changes to operations and policies with regard to APA membership concerns and suggestions.
Staff Survey Data Analysis —Chair: Cheri Brodeur
Initially, the APA/HR Survey Review Committee is reviewing the comprehensive, aggregate data from the faculty and staff surveys. The committee is also working to identify areas of concern or opportunity for APA membership and all UF employees and provide a review and analysis of these areas to the Vice President for Human Resource Services.
Inter-Campus Communication—Chair: Judy Bousquet
Communication is an important issue campus wide and this group is working to find ways to improve communication
Community Service—Chair: Curtis Ball
This committee is looking at ways to involve APA members with the community.
