The Academic & Professional Assembly (APA) invites APA members and other UF staff to join in an informative and interactive session to learn more about the importance of developing global competencies in higher education administration leadership.
Institutions of higher education are increasingly responding to the challenges and opportunities of globalization by developing initiatives to internationalize their campuses. The process of internationalization begins with leadership that has the knowledge, skills and attitudes to lead in a new global paradigm. A model developed by the University of Florida Leadership Development Institute for developing the next generation of global leaders will be presented by these dynamic speakers.
